Overview
Rheumote bridges doctors and patients with dedicated interfaces for each, supporting remote monitoring, better patient engagement and data-driven care decisions.
What I did
- 01Built doctor tools for patient management, custom surveys, real-time analytics and digital prescriptions.
- 02Created a patient dashboard for health data, surveys, symptom tracking and appointments.
- 03Connected both interfaces for continuous care and remote health tracking.
- 04Architected the app as a Turborepo monorepo for modular development.
