Maraca

Overview

Maraca helps sales professionals sharpen their cold calling by rehearsing with realistic AI voice agents. Teams define prospect personas — designation, availability, temperament and more — to practise the scenarios they meet in real calls.

What I did

1. 01Built the platform end to end with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Express and MongoDB.
2. 02Integrated Vapi for voice synthesis and recognition, enabling natural spoken roleplay.
3. 03Powered personas with OpenAI, using LangChain for conversation flow and Pinecone for retrieval.
4. 04Shipped role-based access, a competitor knowledge base and persona management.
5. 05Added roleplay assignments and full conversation tracking for performance review.
